Job Description
1.Day to day maintenance of accounts. – Accounting of Sales, Purchases, expenses booking, Handling Petty cash, Customer and Vendor account reconciliation, Utility payments before due date, Payroll, Monthly accounts review and Finalisation of accounts
2. Statutory Compliance – Working knowledge on GST, PF, ESI, TDS, Professional tax – Computation, Payments and filing of returns on monthly basis.
3. Bank Reconciliation
4.Working knowledge of Tally (ERP) & MS Office is prerequisite.
5. Liaisoning with Banks, auditors and statutory authorities
6. MIS Reporting on Profitability, Cash flow
