Required Account Executive at our Chennai Location
Candidate Experienced more than One or Two years are eligible for this post
Accounts Day to day Data Entry
Candidate in and around Chetpet Location will be an added
Smart and Efficient Female candidate with good communication skills
Proficient in GST Data Summarising and GSTR monthly filing
Should have knowledge in TDS and TCS payment and quarterly filing process
Proficient in Tally Erp 9 / Tally Prime.
Other Departmental Compliances handling like Sales Tax, GST, PF & ESI
Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
ResponsibilitiesManage all accounting transactions
Prepare budget forecasts
Publish financial statements in time
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations
