Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
- Maintain Journal Entry, Sale, Purchase Invoice,
- Maintain day to day Books of Accounts in Tally,
- Maintain Petty cashbook daily basis
- Maintain Bank Reconciliation Statement
- Reconciliation Of Debtors & Creditors,
- Follow up with debtors for timely payments
- Processing payments to creditors
- E-way Bill, Delivery Challan, Proforma Invoice, Debit Note/Credit Note
- Preparation of NEFT, RTGS and online Payment
- Preparation of MIS report
- Calculation and payment of Monthly TDS online
- Assisting in preparing and filing of TDS returns
- Issue Form 16 and 16A
- Preparation and Calculation of Monthly GSTR 3B returns
- Preparation and Calculation of Monthly GSTR R1 returns
- Assisting in Reconciliation of GST
