Job Role- Checking travel bills of employees as per Travel policy

Preparation of Monthly attendance of contractual employees

E-Waybill Reconciliation

Checking employee vouchers (Conveyance/Entertainment)

Lease invoice processing in system

Punching AR refund voucher (Customer AMC refund/full final (dealer or vendor)/ employee refund)

Employee LTA claim enter in HRMS

Checking freight bills as per policy

Interfacing freight bill in GDLS system

Other accounts related works as and when assigned
