Accounts Executive Job in Absolute Reports at Pune

Absolute Reports is a Market Research based organization and we are currently hiring Accounts Executive for our Corporate Office, Baner.

Responsibilities and Duties

• To prepare and examine financial records.
• Make sure that records are accurate and that taxes are paid properly and on time.
• Maintain reliable and accurate accounting records for the company and produce management accounts as necessary to facilitate the effective management of the company.
• Maintain day to day control of all accounting systems to ensure the complete and accurate processing of financial data in accordance with internal procedure.
• Produce regular analyses of income & expenditure to assist manager in the budget monitoring process.
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Facilitate payments by sending bill reminders and contacting clients and vendors.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of Article Assistance under CA
• ACS and ICWA cleared (preferred)
• Hands on with Auditing, Taxation (TDS & GST)
• Working knowledge of Tally
