Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh
Job Summary: Ada Creations is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our team. The Accounts Executive will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
· Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
· Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
· Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
· Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
· Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
· Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
· Assist in the preparation of direct and indirect tax returns and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities.
· Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Fresher or Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role in the fashion or retail industry.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
· Proficiency in accounting software Busy, Tally and MS Office, particularly Excel.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
