Job Description
We are looking for an Accounts Executive to perform daily accounting tasks. Accounts Executive responsibilities include managing Payables and reimbursements, entering financial transactions, creating invoices, and collection. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.
Duties:
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.Handling all kind of Purchase & Make Purchase Order.
Payments Follow-up on Regular basis.
Party ledger reconciliation.
Invoice share to the client.
Check the prices with Purchase Order .
