DIYA GREENCITY PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated accounts executive to join our team on FULL Time ON SITE basis for the affordable group housing project Diya Greencity in Raj Nagar Extension Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

This project is built under affordable housing policy of Awas Bandhu, U.P. Housing & Development Board. Uttar Pradesh Government.

This is an excellent opportunity to provide accounting support in successful large-scale housing project.

Job Purpose: The primary responsibility of the Accounts Executive is to maintain accurate books of accounts for customers, suppliers, and contractors associated with Diya Greencity. This includes ensuring compliance with tax regulations and assisting with audits and annual return filings.

Key Responsibilities:

TDS Returns Filing: Ensure timely and accurate filing of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) returns in accordance with regulatory requirements.

GST Returns: Handle the preparation and submission of GST (Goods and Services Tax) returns within the stipulated deadlines.

Audit Assistance: Assist auditors during their examination of company accounts, providing necessary documentation and information as required.

Annual Return Filing: Support in the preparation and filing of annual returns, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Department Enquiries: Respond to any enquiries or requests for information from government departments regarding the company's financial records.

Scrutiny Cases: Assist in handling scrutiny cases, ensuring all necessary documentation and explanations are provided to relevant authorities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of TDS and GST regulations and procedures.

Familiarity with accounting software and systems.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Timings :

Monday to Saturday

9.30 am to 6.30 pm
