Job Summary: The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role involves bookkeeping, tax filings, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with taxation laws and coordinate tax filings.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data.
Monitor financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.
Stay updated with accounting standards, financial regulations, and tax laws.
Collaborate with the finance team to optimize financial strategies.
Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.), and financial reporting.

Understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.

Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
