Job Description

Designation: Accounts Executive

Job Location: Mumbai

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage financial activities related to spare parts invoicing, e-way bills for GST, and import-related transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with GST regulations, reconciling duties, and managing accounts receivables.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all invoice-related work for spare parts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

• Generate and manage e-way bills for GST, ensuring compliance with the latest regulations.

• Maintain and update inward and outward details of spare parts in Tally ERP, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

• Calculate and process TDS on services, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

• Handle debtor accounts related to sales, ensuring timely collections and resolution of any outstanding issues.

• Manage company product bills related to import invoices, including GRN (Goods Receipt Note) booking.

• Verify the accuracy of import bills and handle any credit notes related to import transactions.

• Perform reconciliation of TDS with Form 26-AS to ensure compliance and accuracy in tax filings.

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience in handling GST-related invoicing, e-way bills, and TDS calculations.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and other relevant accounting software.

• Strong understanding of import documentation and customs regulations
