Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) functions including invoicing, billing, and collections.
• Record and maintain daily accounting entries in Zoho Books and Tally.
• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and ensure timely collection.
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email regarding invoices, payments, and account queries.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare AR ageing reports and share regular updates with management.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to receivables.
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing accuracy and payment follow-ups.
• Support month-end closing activities related to receivables.

Key Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience in Zoho Books and Tally
• Good communication skills for client interaction
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, especially AR
• Follow-up and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
