Job Description

Experience Required: 2–3 years
Qualification: B.Com
Software Knowledge: Zoho Books, Tally
Department: Accounts Receivable
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Gender Preference: Male

Job Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) functions including invoicing, billing, and collections.
Record and maintain daily accounting entries in Zoho Books and Tally.
Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and ensure timely collection.
Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email regarding invoices, payments, and account queries.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare AR ageing reports and share regular updates with management.
Maintain proper documentation and records related to receivables.
Coordinate with internal teams for billing accuracy and payment follow-ups.
Support month-end closing activities related to receivables.

Key Skills Required:

Hands-on experience in Zoho Books and Tally
Good communication skills for client interaction
Sound knowledge of accounting principles, especially AR
Follow-up and coordination skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
