Job Description: Accounts Executive - Learner - CA Inter
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Learner, CA Inter) to join our team. Responsibilities:
Assist in Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Bookkeeping and Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by entering and reconciling transactions in accounting software. Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities to ensure timely payment and collection.
Assist in Audit and Compliance: Collaborate with senior team members to facilitate internal and external audits, including gathering relevant documentation, conducting audit tests, and addressing audit inquiries. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Taxation Support: Assist in tax compliance activities, including preparing tax returns, calculating tax provisions, and filing tax-related documents. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations affecting the business.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management for improving financial performance and decision-making. Prepare variance analysis reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, contributing to process improvements, system implementations, and other strategic initiatives.
