Job Description
Position Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Accounts Faculty Trainer to join our training institute in Dilsukhnagar. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in MS Office, Advanced Excel, Tally Prime, and GST, with a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:
1. Training & Teaching:

Deliver classroom training (offline) to students on:

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-
Advanced Excel (Formulas, Charts, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation, etc.)
-
Tally Prime (Accounting, Inventory, Payroll)
-
GST (Billing, Returns, Tax Computation in Tally)
-

Explain accounting principles, financial transactions, and taxation concepts with clarity.

Design and conduct interactive, practical sessions to enhance student learning.
2. Student Mentoring and Support:

Assess students’ learning progress and provide feedback for improvement.

Motivate and guide students toward certifications or career paths in accounts and finance.
-
Address student queries and offer one-on-one help when needed.
3. Course Management & Curriculum Support:
-
Assist in preparing course material, assignments, exercises, and assessments.

Stay updated with software updates and industry requirements in Tally and Excel.
-
Suggest improvements to course structure or content based on classroom experience.
4. Classroom Management:
-
Maintain a professional, positive, and supportive classroom environment.

Take attendance, manage session time effectively, and maintain student discipline.

Keep training records, reports, and student progress details up to date.
Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
-
Minimum qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Any relevant degree in Accounts or Commerce.

Certifications in Tally, MS Office, or Advanced Excel are a plus.

Experience:
-
Freshers with good knowledge of accounting software and interest in teaching are welcome.

Prior experience in teaching, training, or working in accounting roles will be an advantage.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Tally Prime, Advanced Excel, and basic GST filing concepts.

Good communication skills in English and local language (Telugu).
-
Basic knowledge of computers and interest in learning new software tools.

Passion for teaching and working with students.
