Job Description
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements
- Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
- Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
- Maintain and record fixed assets
- Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary
- Prepare annual accounting reports
- Act as a liaison for clients to reconcile any billing discrepancies
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records.
- Support the finance team with daily accounting operations.
- Help to prepare financial reports and statements.
- Participate in data entry and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Contribute to special financial projects and initiatives.
