Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to assist in daily accounting tasks, financial reporting, and bookkeeping activities. This internship provides a great opportunity to gain practical experience in accounting and finance while working with a professional team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping Support:
- Assist in maintaining financial records, invoices, and ledgers.
- Help in recording day-to-day financial transactions.
- Support in reconciling bank statements and accounts.
2. Financial Reporting & Data Entry:
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and balance sheets.
- Perform data entry tasks for accounts payable and receivable.
- Support in analyzing financial data for budgeting and forecasting.
3. Taxation & Compliance:
- Help in preparing tax filings (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
4. Coordination & Learning:
- Work closely with the finance and accounts team to understand business operations.
- Participate in training sessions on accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
- Stay updated on financial regulations and industry trends.
