Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on vendor payment and post-delivery confirmation from the procurement department initiate vendor payment and mention the status 'payment made or pending on the same excel sheet provided by procurement and share the same on a daily basis
2. Mention details for the delay in payment along with mention the date next time payment would be initiated
3. Work on customer payment follow-up on the post-sales team-generated request for payment follow-up, and create trail mail to create custom payment follow-up
4. Create an Excel sheet with the date and no. of reminder follow-up details share the same on a daily basis
5. Consolidate sheet for all customer account with the date and no. of reminder and payment receive status
6. Manage office expense and employees expense excel sheet with employee name and on what date payment has been made to them
7. Work on admin expenses, and cross-check purchase sales entry, validate data with a physical copy, highlight mistakes, and report on email
8. Work on payment collection and payment Issuance
9. Work on vendor/OEM management, and registration of AppsTech & Acquainteck with an ND dealer and reseller
