About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle the payment follow ups through call and emails on daily basis
2. Prepare reconciliation statement of accounts to send clients on due basis over the mail
3. Work on invoice preparations by getting details from the account manager
4. Work on invoices recording in Tally
5. Prepare client agreement & check for the renewal period
6. Maintain vendor tracker and monthly expense sheet on Google spreadsheet
7. Prepare vendor payment sheet on a monthly basis
8. Work on expenses recording in Tally
9. Prepare employee exp reimbursement sheet on monthly basis
10. Check the cash expenses sheet on a weekly basis
