Job Description
1. Updating and maintaining all books of accounts and running various reports in Zoho
2. Managing and scheduling payments to vendors; requesting and following up for payment confirmation
3. Maintaining supporting documentation for payments
4. Preparing bank reconciliations and following up on pending items
5. Preparing management reports and providing information as and when required
6. Maintaining import and export-related payments and data and submitting the required documents to the bank

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 30th Mar'21 and 4th May'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Having prior experience with any accounting software is desired
2. Should be willing to learn
3. Should have good written and verbal communication skills
4. IT skills in MS Word, Excel, and related packages are essential
5. Should have an educational background in B.Com., MBA (finance), CA, ICWA, or M.Com.
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
