Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Preparing journal entries
2. Maintaining basic books of Accounts
3. Maintaining general ledger of operations
4. Maintaining invoice entries and cross-checking
5. Filling and Documentation
6. Maintaining Stock Register
7. Preparing Assets Register & Depreciation Block in the Balance sheet
8. Managing monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
9. Reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts
10. Drawing monthly financial reports
11. Preparing analysis of accounts, as requested
12. Assisting with year-end closings
13. Administering accounts receivable and accounts payable
14. Assisting in preparation of budgets and forecasts
15. Working on Account/Bank reconciliations
16. Reviewing and processing expense reports
17. Assisting with preparation and coordination of the audit process
18. Assisting with implementation and maintaining internal financial controls and
procedures

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum
