Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Job Summary:
Asian Cables is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes
Prepare and process invoices, bills, and vouchers
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Maintain proper filing of financial documents
Assist in GST filings and basic compliance requirements
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills
