Keeping Track of the balances in the bank accounts and to ensure that the accounts are not short of funds

Overall management of Accounting System
Managing of entries done in accounting software.
Monthly preparation of Balance Sheet and P&L for reporting to the Directors.
Keeping tracks of payments and receipts from Debtors and Creditors.
Yearly accounts preparation for audit purpose.
Managing that the back office software & accounting system i.e. the two software

Tallies each month.

Processing salary to all employees.
Processing payments of Reimbursements to employees and other payments to vendor.
Catering to the queries of vendors regarding their payments and invoices.
Keeping track that each vendor is paid on time and there is no lapse in the same.
Keeping track of the funds of the company.
Solving all banking related queries by coordinating with the Relationship Manager.
Helping other employees in their queries.

Ensuring timely reports are being filed in the Government

Filing of TDS each month online on the due dates.
Verifying that the TDS and Service Tax is deducted properly and timely.
Preparing data for Quarterly TDS return and filing the return before the due date.
Providing data to the service tax professionals so that they can file the return on time.
Preparation of yearly TDS certificates for vendors and employees.
Catering to the queries of vendors regarding their TDS and Service Tax queries.

Preparation of Final audited accounts

Preparation of final accounting entries for audit purpose.
Co – ordination with vendors accounting person for year-end balance verification.
Solving the queries of Internal and Statutory auditors.
Preparation of Final accounts in the format as prescribed by the Income Tax i.e. Schedule VI.
Preparing the data for Transfer pricing report and Income Tax Return.
