Job Description
Job Title:Finance Manager
Job Status:
- An important senior position in the organization to take care of money matters pertaining to Venture Funds/Term Loan, Cash Flow Management, Tax planning and Management, Foreign Exchange, Creation of PC based accounting system, Creation of multiple profit centers within the organization project wise for better accountability, Periodic Internal Audits and being a fulcrum to the multiple departments within the organization in all finance related aspects.
- Fine Tune the Tally based financial accounting and management system that covers the financial aspects of every segment of operations in the company.
- Liaison with financial institutions & Statutory bodies such as Commercial Banks, Commercial Tax Depts., Income Tax, etc.
- Capital Budgeting, Working Capital Management, Internal Audit and Accounts Finalization.
- Periodical MIS reports for information to the Senior Management.
- Receivables Management.
- Preparation of financial accounts as per accounting standards and compliance with Companies Act requirement.
- Debt Management
- Develop Long Term Strategic Plan for enabling smooth transition of the company from a medium level company to a company of reasonably big size.
- Responsible for preparation of CMA, project plans, etc., and interfacing with funding agencies for infusion of funds into the company.
- Develop short-term and long term plans and implement it using smart Budgetary and Credit Control to enhance the liquidity of the organization.
JobQualification:
- CA,ICWA, MBA, etc., with relevant experience.
- Experience spanning more than 5 years
- In depth knowledge of computer based accounting methodologies and systems such as Tally.
- Presentation and communications skills for effective interaction with the Banking and other authorities.
- Experience in having handled fund agencies and involved in securing fund infusion.
Job compensation:
- Rs. 6+ lacs p.a. subject to the relevant experience of candidate
