Job Description
- Following are the major Job responsibilities to be handled and delivered immaculately
- Manage the complete Accounting of all the assigned Clients of Muneer & Associates.
- Make every endeavour to ensure smooth task delivery without any escalations.
- Make sure all the Monthly accounting and book keeping clients are getting timely service.
- Make sure that all the Monthly accounting and book keeping clients are invoiced before 5th of each month.
- Visit the client offices of all the Monthly accounting and book keeping clients once in a week to ensure flawless service delivery and to resolve the pain points of the client.
- Ensure the property of M&A is properly used and not subjected to any sabotage.
- Timely filing of assigned clients VAT/ST//GST returns and disbursement of taxes.
- Timely Generation of payroll of the assigned clients and ensure all statutory filing and compliances of PF, ESI, TDS and PT (Both payments & return filings).
- Preparation of Monthly reports (MIS reports) for all the assigned clients and get it vet by Management before submitting to the respective clients.
- Preparation of Computation of Income and Income Tax Returns for Various kinds of assesses.
- Preparation of submissions against notices received from the income-tax authorities during the assessment and appeal proceedings
