Job Description

Plan, execute and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan with regard to Modern trade.
Increase the % of Market share in the area of operations.
Responsible to develop Joint Business Plans along with customers through alignment of organizational and customer objectives.
Responsible to maintain relationships with key customers at regional and store level
Responsible to develop and implement high level terms of trade through adoption of structured negotiation process/new vendor’s development with regard to modern trade.
Responsible for planning and execution of in store Point of Sale activities like inventing impactful visibility and running promotional offers
Responsible for customer service to track orders, troubleshoot, and achieve customer service through Key Performance Indicators
Ensure to collect/recovers the sales realization and out standings.
Effective control & minimize the leakages & damages.
Budgetary Controls
Team Management/KRA /Team target achievement
