JD for AP - Inquiry Management
University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent accounting experience)
Strong accounting background with 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
Good understanding of local legal and accounting requirements
Strong process orientation with exposure to technical systems, integrations, automation, and machine learning-based workflows
Hands-on experience in inquiry management through ServiceNow (SNOW)
Excellent communication skills with strong professional email writing ability
Experience in handling internal and external stakeholder support
Good exposure to process planning, process improvement, and optimization
Ability to work with global guidelines, SOPs, and compliance standards
Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory
