Job Description
- Processing invoices: Entering invoices into the SAP system, reviewing them for accuracy, and ensuring timely payments
- Reconciling accounts: Reconciling invoices and general ledger data, and resolving payment discrepancies
- Maintaining records: Maintaining vendor master data and supplier records
- Preparing payments: Preparing checks for payment, and obtaining and printing signatures on checks
- Reporting: Reporting for accounts payable accounting, and displaying G/L account information
- Assisting with financial reporting: Assisting with financial reporting and budgeting processes
