Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end P2P cycle including:
Purchase Order processing
Invoice verification & processing
GRN matching (2-way / 3-way matching)
Vendor reconciliation
Payment processing
Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices.
Handle vendor queries and resolve discrepancies.
Perform periodic vendor account reconciliations.
Monitor pending invoices and ensure adherence to SLA.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Support month-end closing activities.
Maintain proper documentation and audit trail.
Work closely with procurement, finance, and business stakeholders.
