Job Description
Indexing & Verifying all PO, Non PO & Pre Approved invoices.
Coding of Non PO and Pre approved Invoices and getting them approved by Plant.
Reviewing Monthly A/P Aging reports, Hold Report, IMD Reports.
Working on Daily Audit Report file of Oracle & SAP
Ensuring all month end activities are completed to deadlines.
Maintain positive relationships with customers & clients, and ensuring professional and
appropriate communications.
Auditing and accurate reporting of all invoices (10K and above) ensuring quality checks.
Processing of Payment runs – Weekly, monthly and adhoc runs with accuracy.
Answering supplier queries on invoices, payments as well as reconciliation of supplier
statements.
