Job Description
❖ Invoice Processing - Responsible for Invoice Processing (Both Purchase Orders & NON-Purchase orders) in Coupa.
❖ Handling Generic Mailbox - Handling Generic Mailbox and ensuring that all emails are responded to as per the Turn Around Time.
❖ Vendor query Resolution – Resolving the queries related to status of invoice, remittance, payment status.
❖ Invoice error correction – Invoice pricing, incorrect quantities of goods or service s, incorrect shipping cost, delivery charges, or fright fees, incorrect description of product or services provided.
❖ Internal Audit- Identify the areas of greatest risk or concern withing the scope of the audit.
❖ Documentation- Record the query and the resolution process to help identify trends or recurring issues.
