Job Description
Indexing and processing the invoices in the SAP and later in workday on daily basis. ï· Generating and publishing daily workflow reports, providing insights into operational efficiency and productivity. ï· Quarterly and yearly vendor reconciliation. ï· Assisted in month â end closing activities by preparing AP reports and processing invoices in timely manner. ï· Reconciled entity books to ensure all bills and payments were properly accounted for and posted in timely manner. ï· Ressolved vendor discrepancies and responded promptly to queries, improving vendor relationships and payment terms. ï· Maintained vendor records and ensured compliance with internal controls and company policies. ï· Actively participated during system transition from SAP concur to Workday by compiling and processing high volume data.
