Job Description
An Accounts Payable (AP) Integration Analyst bridges finance and technology by connecting, testing, and optimizing automated payment systems and supplier data workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Process Integration: Map and align current-state accounts payable workflows with new enterprise resource planning (ERP) or procurement platforms (like SAP, Coupa, or Oracle).
Data Migration: Support the secure transfer of supplier details, historical records, and payment operational procedures.
Testing & Validation: Run diagnostic checks on AP workflows, matching logic (2-way and 3-way matching), and approval routing.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose integration gaps, reconcile data discrepancies, and assist in post-migration stabilization.
Documentation: Write clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) and functional business requirements for future audits and scaling.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platforms such as SAP, Coupa, Ariba, or Oracle Integration tools.
Analytical Background: Strong capabilities in data reconciliation, identifying process bottlenecks, and gap analysis.
Experience: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or information systems, paired with 2 to 5 years of experience in AP or P2P operations.
