Job Description
Managed purchase order and non-purchase order invoice processing, conducted frequent and detailed vendor
reconciliations, ensuring accurate matching of invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
● Utilized SAP to process and clear GRIR entries, contributing to timely month end and year-end financial
closing activities
● Accounting of receipts from domestic, industrial and commercial customers, liaising with the marketing team
for proper collection and accounting of Accounts receivable. Preparation of monthly AR ageing report and its
circulation
● Prepared and analyzed station wise cost data for CNG operations to support financial planning and cost
optimization, daily preparing MIS of online collection and reporting to senior manager
o Station revenue reconciliation on a fortnight basis and discrepancies addressed promptly
● Managing accrual posting, bank reconciliation and other month end closing activities, reviewed and
corrected general ledger entries to ensure accurate financial reporting
● Handled invoice corrections for pipeline natural gas customers in SAP IS-U, ensuring accurate updates to
contract account entries and related charges
● Performing bank reconciliation with entries posted in SAP IS-U and making needed corrections
