Job Description
Technical skills, Competencies and Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in US Medical Billing is required. (Candidates with different experience should not apply.)
· Strong experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) calling and managing denials.
· Work schedule is Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday off.
· Conduct pre-call analysis.
· Experience in contacting insurance companies to check the status of medical claims and insurance claims.
· Knowledge of denial management to handle denials, rejections, and AR follow-up.
· Must understand modifiers, CPT, and ICD codes.
· Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA rules.
· Understanding eligibility and benefit verification.
· Posting charges
· Posting ERA/EOB Payments.
· Managing accounts receivable for all types of payers, including Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and commercial insurance.

Required Skills and Knowledge
Graduate with strong skills in both written and spoken English.
· Understanding of the US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
· Good knowledge of computer software, particularly MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
· Strong skills in analysis, research, and both written and verbal communication.
· Works well in a team and is self-driven, capable of working alone.
· Familiar with the US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
· Experience in billing and collections in the US healthcare industry is advantageous.
· Able to handle multiple tasks, detail-oriented, quick to learn, open to new ideas, maintains a positive attitude, and adapts easily to new situations.
