Job Description
The Accounts Receivable/Cash Application Specialist is responsible for posting and distributing deposits and maintaining customer records. This role requires a self-motivated team player with the ability to multi-task within multiple software applications. Responsibilities include posting payments, applying payments from various sources, reviewing and applying unapplied payments/credits, participating in department projects, month-end closing process, maintaining organized electronic files, handling special projects, working to AR targets, dealing with escalations, and analyzing unapplied receipts. Requires critical thinking, problem-solving, excellent communication, advanced Excel skills, and experience with NetSuite and/or Oracle Fusion.
