Roles And Responsibilities

• Billing Analyst role
• Work closely with the client & ensure that given tasks are completed within the SLA
• Raise invoices
• Audit rejected invoices
• Share report to the client on a daily basis
• Inform exception cases
• Communicate with team & client through emails & phone calls
  

Desired Candidate Profile

Ready to work in night shift - 5.30pm - 2.30am

Thorough experience of 2-3 yrs in Accounts Receivables / Billing

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of Advanced Excel tools like pivot, lookup, formulas

Ready to serve a commitment for 1 year

B.Com graduation mandatory (6th sem cleared)
