· Languages: English and Hindi Mandatory
· Shift: Day Shift
· Location: HSR Layout ( Bangalore )
· Joining: Immediately
Responsibilities:
To Provide voice support to Tally customers from all over India and across the globe.
Assit the customers on Tally and GST and ensure that problems are resolved.
Ensure that the feedback is maintained in the system as an excel copy.
Co-ordinate with the team lead on daily basis tasks.
Any Graduates having a basic knowledge of accounts and ready to work in an Accounts process, with a minimum cut off 50% in all academics.
Looking for candidates with experience in accounts executive, accountant, accounting, accounts process associate, accounts assistance, accountant executive, GST and TallyErp interested to work in KPO or BPO sector can apply for this job.
