- Preparation of Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of the company as per Indian GAAP
- Handling the Statutory and Internal Auditors
- Controlling multi-location accounting from Central level
- Managing timely accounting in accordance with company norms and statutory requirements
- Ability to train & mentor F&A team members at different locations for the effective completion of the assigned tasks & objectives.
- Should be able to establish effective coordination across functions
This role will be responsible for entire gamut of group accounting, balance sheet, taxation i.e. VAT, Service Tax, WCT and TDS.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Finalization of Books of Accounts on monthly basis for all group companies and preparation of quarterly and annual financial statement.
- Preparation/ producing the documents & assisting to tax consultant for departments notices i.e. Service Tax, Income Tax, TDS etc. of all group companies.
- Preparation of documents and information for handling service tax audit and TDS Survey/Summons.
- Finalization of TDS/ service tax and WCT/VAT at every month of all group companies.
- Interaction with statutory auditors for finalization of accounts & Income Tax Return all group companies.
- Construction related bills verification & authentication.
- Filling of Service tax and TDS returns on timely basis.
- Process Implementation of monthly closing of books of accounts
