Job Overview:
We are seeking an actress with a natural presence in front of the camera to perform in a variety of upcoming video projects. This includes short narrative films, music videos, Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, and independent albums. The ideal candidate must be confident, expressive, and comfortable with performance-driven content.
This role is perfect for someone who has at least some experience in creating content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok—whether professionally or personally—and is looking to take their acting to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform scripted and non-scripted roles in short films, music videos, and social media content.

Collaborate with the director and production team to bring characters and storylines to life.

Attend acting workshops, rehearsals, and script readings as required.

Participate in promotional shoots, behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage, and social media campaigns for the projects.

Bring creativity and improvisation where necessary, especially in unscripted formats like Instagram reels or experimental videos.

Follow shooting schedules and adapt to on-set direction in dynamic environments.

Express a range of emotions clearly and believably, according to the tone and genre of the video.

Interact with other cast members in scenes, maintaining on-screen chemistry and timing.

Maintain professionalism and punctuality on shoot days and workshop sessions.
Requirements:

Gender: Female

Age: 18–30 (flexible based on appearance and role suitability)

Experience: At least minimal on-camera experience – can be as simple as Instagram reels, YouTube videos, school plays, or independent short films.

Comfortable performing in front of a camera in both scripted and spontaneous content.

Must not be camera-shy and should possess a naturally expressive personality.

Availability to attend acting workshops, rehearsals, and brief training sessions conducted by the team.

Should be enthusiastic about storytelling, visual content, and performance arts.

Ability to memorize lines and deliver dialogue convincingly (scripts are usually short and simple).

Open to experimenting with different genres – romantic, dramatic, comedic, musical, or artistic.

Willingness to travel within the city or to nearby locations for shooting (travel expenses can be covered depending on the project).

Positive attitude, adaptability, and collaborative nature while working with cast and crew.

Basic grooming and styling sense; ability to do simple makeup and hair for shoots when required.

Should maintain a respectable online presence and be open to sharing the work on their personal platforms (Instagram tagging, stories, etc.).
Preferred (Not Mandatory):

Prior experience acting in short films, music videos, or college/independent projects.

Participation in theatre, acting schools, or drama clubs.

Having a public Instagram account or YouTube channel with visible content (reels, videos, performances, etc.).

Ability to dance or lip-sync (for music videos and album shoots).

Bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially Hindi, English, or regional languages) are a plus.
