Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-
Greet and assist walk-in customers with a warm and respectful attitude

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable ride-on toys from our collection
-
Build strong rapport with families and guide them patiently through product features
-
Handle queries with clarity and confidence, including price, warranty, and functionality
-
Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and pride in representing the ISAKAA brand
-
Help in basic fitting and assembling of toys (like attaching wheels, mirrors, etc.)
-
Assist in packing and carrying boxes for customers when required
-
Maintain a clean and organized store display
