- Finding clients from the Construction, Architecture, Interior Design and Real Estate industry.
- Contacting clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, online meeting, in-person meeting.
- Selling Constrowise Ads subscription plans to potential clients.
- Achieving weekly and monthly Sales Target.
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Managing and monitoring Constrowise Ads on our Platform.
- Grabbing best sales deals from online Ad Networks.
- Generating GST Bills and payment receipt for all our clients.
- Ensuring hassle free payment for all new and existing clients.
- Developing sales strategies and client meeting strategies.
- Replying politely to sales mails and sales enquiries.
- Researching about various Sales Techniques and Prices.
- Handling client questions and complaints.
- Managing the sales process through CRM Softwares.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
Skills Required: -
- Should have impressive English and Malayalam speaking skills.
- Should have very good in-person communication and convincing skills.
- Should have impressive Formal dressing style and looks.
- Should have excellent voice and phone communication skills.
- Should be proficient in MS Excel, MS word, MS PowerPoint.
- Should know basic tools to handle Photoshop and CRM softwares.
- Should be expert in maintaining good relations with Clients and Ads agencies.
Qualification Required: -
- Must have a valid Bachelors degree in Sales or relevant field.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in selling Digital Ads or Native Ads.

- Must have your own 2 wheeler vehicle, laptop and smartphone.
- Must have a valid driving license and vehicle documents.
- Must not have any criminal or civil cases in your name.
- Must not have membership in any Political Parties.
- Must be residing in Kochi or nearby areas.
