Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
-
Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, social media, events, and other outreach strategies.

Present and sell advertising opportunities to new and existing clients across multiple media platforms (e.g., digital, print, TV, radio, out-of-home).

Develop customized advertising packages based on the client’s goals, budget, and target audience.

Prepare detailed media kits, presentations, and proposals to pitch advertising solutions to clients.
Client Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and client loyalty.

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Schedule and conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and performance updates with clients.

Provide guidance to clients on campaign best practices and how to maximize return on investment.
Campaign Planning & Coordination
-
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, digital, and production) to ensure client expectations are met and advertising campaigns are executed smoothly.

Oversee the end-to-end campaign process, from concept and contract signing to delivery and post-campaign analysis.

Monitor ad placements to ensure accurate implementation and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Reporting & Analytics

Track and report on campaign performance metrics, using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, or third-party ad platforms.

Analyze sales data and campaign performance to optimize future sales strategies and improve outcomes.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
Market Research & Industry Knowledge

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in media consumption habits.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build industry knowledge and expand professional network.

Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on client needs and market demand.
