Job Description
Admin and Facility Manager @ PlayAll Sports are entrepreneurs who are end-to-end responsible for our sport complex , from driving sales to managing operations, this is a challenging and exciting role. We are looking for growth minded and detail oriented executives.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Customer Engagement –
- Interact with customers, get feedback and communicate the same to management.
- Convert individual bookings into memberships.
- Convert monthly membership into quarterly and yearly memberships.
- Follow up for pending payments from members.
- Check for non-marking shoes of anyone entering the play area.
- Explain membership and coaching plans to walk ins and enquiries.
- Cash Management – Maintain cash register and deposit cash in bank accounts.
- Maintenance of site: Cleanliness and repairs if any to be done in timely manner.
- Hiring of support staff.
- Stock Maintenance: Maintain stock registers and records of any transactions regarding sale and purchase of stocks.
- Attendance: Maintain attendance registers of housekeeping staff, other team members, coaches, students and members etc.
- Interaction with local authorities for roads, cleanliness of surrounding areas etc.
- Submission of electricity, water, telephone bills etc. to office for clearance.
