Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore
In-hand Salary: ₹32,500 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Sumadhura Infracon Private Limited, a leading real estate developer, is seeking a dependable and experienced Admin and facility manager to manage day-to-day facility operations at our corporate head office in Marathahalli. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing housekeeping teams, security personnel, and drivers, ensuring the office environment is clean, secure, and efficiently run at all times.
Key Responsibilities:-
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of housekeeping staff, security guards, and drivers.

Ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of all office areas, including workspaces, meeting rooms, restrooms, and common areas.

Oversee security protocols to ensure safety of employees, visitors, and company property.

Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and performance of facility support staff.

Conduct routine facility inspections and promptly address maintenance issues.

Manage office supply inventory related to housekeeping and facility operations.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for AMC services, pest control, repairs, and upkeep.

Maintain accurate records of daily operations, issues, and incident reports.

Education: Diploma or Graduation in any discipline (Hotel/Facility Management preferred).

Experience: 2–3 years in facility supervision, ideally in a corporate or real estate office environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Ability to handle emergency situations and resolve operational challenges efficiently.

Basic knowledge of safety, compliance, and housekeeping standards.
