JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Involved in full recruiting life cycle & end to end recruitment.

  • Understanding client requirements and deciding on the recruitment strategy.

  • Sourcing CVs from various channels such as reference, companies own database & Job Portals.

  • Conducting Drives, Walk-ins and personal interviews.

  • Arranging for technical panels and coordinating at all levels of Interviews.

  • Conducting HR interviews to check the candidates suitability for the requirement.



Work Skill Sets:

  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities.

  • Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

  • Good at database management.
