Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Involved in full recruiting life cycle & end to end recruitment.
Understanding client requirements and deciding on the recruitment strategy.
Sourcing CVs from various channels such as reference, companies own database & Job Portals.
Conducting Drives, Walk-ins and personal interviews.
Arranging for technical panels and coordinating at all levels of Interviews.
Conducting HR interviews to check the candidates suitability for the requirement.
Work Skill Sets:
Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities.
Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Good at database management.
