Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin and HR Executive to handle day-to-day office administration as well as HR support activities. The role includes calling and coordinating with job candidates, assisting in recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and helping with internal office coordination. A basic understanding of computer operations and Excel is essential. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of both administrative and HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Tasks:

Call and coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups

Assist in recruitment by shortlisting profiles, scheduling interviews, and conducting basic screening

Collect, verify, and organize candidate documents during onboarding
-
Maintain employee files and update HR records
-
Coordinate induction, training sessions, and internal HR communications
-
Assist in attendance tracking and basic payroll documentation
Administrative Tasks:
-
Handle office coordination, supplies, housekeeping, and vendor management
-
Maintain basic office inventory and order supplies as required
-
Support day-to-day operational activities and documentation
-
Ensure cleanliness and smooth running of office space

Coordinate with external vendors, delivery personnel, and courier services

Help management with travel, logistics, and scheduling if required
Other Duties:

Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and email communication
-
Assist with internal filing, data entry, and support audits if required

Support internal teams with documentation or printing/scanning requirements

Run small errands or assist with field tasks when needed (optional – two-wheeler driving preferred)
Required Qualifications:

Minimum: HSC or Graduate in any discipline (BCom, BA, BBA preferred)

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email operations

Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi)

Knowledge of HR basics is an added advantage

Must be presentable and punctual
