FRONT OFFICE & ADMINISTRATION
- Proficient in front office responsibilities
- Good Communications skills
- Good team player
- Creating a positive Corporate Image
- Proficient telephone Console (EPABX) handling
- Accurate routing of incoming and outgoing calls including international calls
- Knowledge of MS word, Excel is must
- Should be Customer Centric & Willingness to learn
- Greeting visitors and ensuring visitor meets the concerned department within short time
- Maintenance of Attendance of all employees and collating attendance data for reporting
- Exposure to handling general office administration apart from the front office duties.
- Coordinate with housekeeping team in upkeep of office area - front office
- Courier and Mail management including record keeping
