Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant IT to provide support in day-to-day administrative and clerical functions. The role involves coordinating internal requests, maintaining IT documentation, tracking inventory, assisting with vendor coordination, and ensuring the IT team’s operations run smoothly and efficiently.
This position is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:

Assist the IT team with scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and maintaining calendars.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal use.

Handle internal communications and follow-ups on IT-related requests or issues.
2. Asset & Inventory Management:
-
Maintain accurate records of IT equipment (laptops, desktops, peripherals, etc.).

Track software licenses, subscriptions, and hardware issuance/return.

Coordinate with procurement or vendors for IT supplies and replacements.
3. Documentation & Record-Keeping:

Maintain and update IT documentation, including SOPs, manuals, system configurations, and vendor contracts.

Help with compliance and audits by keeping logs of IT activities and access records.

Organize and manage files (digital and physical) in a structured format.
4. Coordination & Communication:

Serve as a point of contact between the IT department and other departments.

Assist in onboarding processes—preparing IT setups for new hires and collecting equipment from exiting employees.

Help track and prioritize IT support tickets, ensuring prompt escalation if needed.
5. Vendor & Service Coordination:

Communicate with external vendors for AMC, service requests, or software subscriptions.

Maintain contact lists and update vendor-related documentation.

Support invoice processing, billing verifications, and payment coordination.
