  • We are looking for female Admin assistants to offer support across various departments and provide general assistance to management. 
  • Duties may include word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. 
  • Graduates or post graduates in any discipline with or without experience in general administration can apply. 
  • Candidate should play her role effectively by being part of the team responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate accounting function.

Key Skills:

  • Should have fluent English Communication.
  • Organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Candidate should be competent using the common office software suites including word, excel, powerpoint etc.
  • Ability to compose, proofread and edit correspondence.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Good Planning and organizing skills
