About the Role: 

• We are looking for a candidate who can support in offices administration & Commercial related daily routine tasks. 
• This involves office administration, accounting, and various commercial processes.
• Qualifications: B.com

Job Responsibility:

Provide Support in Commercial & Accounts Functions:-

• Timely Payment of Salary to Employees&. Vendors
• Timely deposit of TDS, Professional Tax, ESI, PF, Gratuity etc
• Preparation of Payment vouchers ( Cash & Cheque), Ledger, Petty Cash A/C
• P& L A/c & Balance Sheet
• Budgets- Monthly/Qtly/Annual
• Preparation & Maintenance of Export Invoices.
• Visits to Bank for miscellaneous
• Coordination with Chartered Account & Company Secretary

Provide Support in Administration functions

• Employees Record Maintenance- Attendance, leave, TDS, Medical, LTA, training, ESI, Professional Tax, PF, Gratuity etc.
• Employees Welfare activities
• Mandatory Corporate Social Responsibility activities
• Miscellaneous administrative functions

Essential Skills:

• Knowledge of Tally ERP
• Good communication Skills
• Right Attitude to learn
• Experience of Management of office
