Job Description
Admin Executive Freshers Immediate Hiring.
Basic Computer Knowledge with Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.
Good communication and writing skills(in English).
Communication with the Managing officers regularly via email and phone calls to fulfill their requirements.
Communication with the employees regarding their queries via email and (if required, phone calls).
Creation of Employee Offers letters via MS Office / Google Docs.
Creation of Employee Salary Structure with the template provided on MS-Excel / Google Sheets.
Emailing New Employees about IT Declaration, Company Policies, PF Requirement, Reimbursement process (Email templates will be provided) and updating their leave balance in the portal.
Qualification: MBA
